We're moving our 11:00 a.m. Wednesday Barre Balance class to 4:30 p.m. on Thursdays along with adding a 7:00 p.m. Barre Sculpt class Wednesday evenings. Begins June 4th.

Take class with us at 5:45 p.m. on June 25th then head over to 4 Spirits for some amazing food, cocktails, and company at 7:00 p.m. BTW, you don't have to take class, you can just join us for our reservation at 7:00 p.m., but a cocktail on their patio after a workout will feel divine!

Sign up for the Livestream version of any class on our online scheduler and you’ll receive the Google Meet link in your confirmation email.

Perfect if you love consistency in your schedule and want to workout with us in the studio twice a week! Your 8 classes renew the same date each month, classes do not roll over to the next month. In-studio only.

Purchase 10 classes, valued at $240, for a discount with our 10 Class Pass. Passes can be used for both in-studio and online classes. Expires one year after purchase.

Do you love fitness and challenging your body and mind? Do you want to build confidence in yourself while helping build others up? Then becoming a barre instructor is for you! Our nationally recognized barre instructor certification workshops are open to anyone who wants to teach barre - anywhere.
