This is the best value if you plan to come at least 9 times per month. You will be signed up for autopay and billed monthly, however, there is no contract. Prices subject to change. Destress with Candlelight workouts
Enjoy low stress, low stimulation workouts this holiday season with our Candlelight Class series! We start with Pilates Sunday at 7:00 p.m. on the 14th! Book your class below:

NEW Center and Stretch! Monday Dec. 8th
Barre Balance got a glow up! Center and Stretch (formerly Barre Balance) is our 45 minute active recovery class. You’ll find your center with standing core workouts designed to strengthen your whole core, not just your abs, and then enjoy a long stretch session at the end of class to aid in muscle recovery and improve your mobility. Class begins Monday December 8th at 4:30 p.m.

Your goals are on track, from anywhere! Join your favorite class from the comfort of your home, on vacation, or even the great outdoors. We livestream every class via Google Meet. Sign up for the Livestream version of any class on our online scheduler and you’ll receive the Google Meet link in your confirmation email.

Perfect if you love consistency in your schedule and want to workout with us in the studio twice a week! Your 8 classes renew the same date each month, classes do not roll over to the next month. In-studio only.

Purchase 10 classes, valued at $240, for a discount with our 10 Class Pass. Passes can be used for both in-studio and online classes. Expires one year after purchase.
