Updated schedule
We’ve made a few small schedule changes. Our weekday Yoga Flow class has moved from Tuesday to Thursdays 9:45 a.m. and beginning Jan. 13 we’re offering Barre Sculpt at noon on Mondays. Click below to see our full schedule and sign up for classes.

Sign up for the Livestream version of any class on our online scheduler and you’ll receive the Google Meet link in your confirmation email.
