pilates at Splendid barre!
We are so happy to be offering Pilates at Splendid Barre! Pilates is a low impact form of exercise that emphasizes the use of the core to facilitate movement. Our 55 minute Pilates classes use whole body exercises done standing or on the mat to improve your strength, flexibility, and balance. Join us on Tuesdays at 4:30 p.m. and, beginning January 26th, Sundays at 4:00 p.m.
