We are starting with a reduced schedule that is different from our normal, and will likely add more classes throughout the summer. See our schedule here.
If you are still uncomfortable exercising in public, we have FREE workouts on our facebook page! You’ll just need a small squishy ball (or a pillow), a set of light weights (or soup cans), and a resistance band (or an old pair of tights.)
