May Challenge: Building Fitness and Community

Challenge yourself physically while growing closer as a community with our May challenge! Participants can earn points for coming to class, trying new classes or class times, using heavier weights, bringing friends, and more! Earn multiple prizes along the way, with a grand prize for the person with the most points: a free month of membership AND a month to give away to a friend who is new to Splendid Barre! New clients can also get a deal on their first month of membership when they sign up for the challenge! Use the code MAYCHALLENGE here. You can start earning points on May 1st, we’ll have a poster up in the studio where you can keep track of your points, and the challenge ends May 31st. Earn prizes at 25 points, 35 points, and 50 points.

Front Splits Series:

For the month of April, we’re offering up a series of specific stretches during cool down to help participants jump start their way into a front split! We’ll take before and after pictures for our participants in order to track your progress. The goal of this series isn’t that you get fully down into a perfect front split by the end of the month, instead the goal is to show you how consistent, intentional stretching can improve your mobility, and all the benefits that come with it! You might also surprise yourself by achieving something you never thought your body could do, which is part of the joy of working out! Series begins April 1st and ends April 30th. Barre Sculpt & Yoga Sculpt: We now offer two types of sculpt classes at Splendid! Barre Sculpt is a 40 minute full body workout Mondays at 8:30 a.m. We’ll move slowly and intentionally with heavier weights than our usual barre classes, of course, you get to decide which weights work for your body. Try it for free, use the code barresculpt when you sign up in studio here or join us over livestream. Yoga sculpt on Tuesdays at 9:45 a.m. is similar to a flow class but with weights added to work the upper body and lower body at a higher intensity. Try a class for free!
