What if I’m too old or out of shape?

You’re not! Barre is a workout that we do in layers. That means everybody can choose which options works best for them throughout class. It works for all ages and all bodies!

Do I have to be barefoot ?

You must be barefoot on our cork floor, or wear grip socks. We sell special grippy barre socks for $15.

Do I bring my own yoga mat?

You are welcome to but don’t need to.

Can I bring my kids?

We are unable to offer our drop-in childcare during the time of the Covid-19 virus.

However, before the virus we offered childcare on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 9:45am ($4 for the first child, $2 for the second), and we hope to get back to that.

For big kids, there is a seating area off to the side of our workout space, so if you trust your kiddos to sit still, they can be in this area and you’ll be able to see them.

Can minors take class?

Yes, if 12 or older and accompanied by a parent.
